Shape Night Run 2013

Despite missed last year shape run, I am making a comeback this year.  This run is 3 months away from now, but I have my name into the running list yesterday 2-June-2013 which is first day of registration open.

This is some details for the run:-
Date: 7 September 2013 (Saturday)
Free Carnival for Public: 6.00pm onwards
Start / Finish: Dataran Putrajaya, Precint 3, Putrajaya (Opposite of Kompleks Perbadanan Putrajaya)
Flag Off:
8.00pm for competitive category
8.20pm for non-competitive categories

Registration Fee
RM40* for the Non-Competitive Category(Fun Run 5km); max 2700 participants
Fun Run 5km (18 years & above)
RM50* for Competitive Categories (12km); (using chip-timing system)

Sir Alex Ferguson in my memory

In 1990, when I came to the age that know football was a wonderful sport. I started to learn on 2 wonderful football clubs (Manchester United and Kedah FC) in this world which inspired me on personal hobby in football. Let’s talk about Kedah before we get into Manchester United. Kedah won 1990 Malaysia cup and we won Malaysia League by 1992, and I was very amazed with the team performance and sooner become sad on the match-fixing scandal which happen in Malaysia. I get myself running!

I think it is time to share a little bit of true story from mine, before and after I get myself kicking with more running activities. Even I started not long ago like just a year, but I think can proudly recommend running to everyone. This story should be back to 5 years ago. I have come across some friend who always went for run and I don’t really understand why they can keep running, and I kept pushing away with some lame excuse which I don’t have much time for these target-less activity. That was a time when I still feel running is a boring thing to do in this world. “You just do nothing, but run.” 2 Years later, I started to have some run just to have a taste on the feeling for running.
