Exercise Relieves Stress

Yes and everyone have stress, and it is kind of normal for people who always want to push themselves on achieving some goals. You can say you never experience stress even you facing some failure or problem that cannot be solve, but when you think it deeply and this thing will still biting your mind of thinking about that and keep thinking of how to get ribs of it. Welcome to the reality, this is stress. :P

I was stress free when I was a kid and because I have more times to do crazy things like run around for 3 hours non-stop at school by playing hide and catch. We need to grow up and finally got myself into working life and I started to ignore about exercise and keep working on to achieve my goals and end up I am a fat and stressful guy. :D After 10 years of unhealthy life, I finally get myself up for something I never thought of: Running!  


People who work out regularly say that they use exercise to manage their stress and as well as to be healthier. But then if exercise isn't part of your life, you might be at a disadvantage when it comes to daily stressful situations. Which mean you need to start exercise from now on. :P because If you don't have a very active lifestyle, and often feel strangled by stress and depression, you may want to take note.
